Monday thru Thursday 8:00a - 6:30p
Friday 8:00a - 6:30p
Saturday 8:30a - 1:30p
Average 40 hours/week

The primary focus of the Financial Services Representative (FSR):
- is to develop and retain long-term and profitable customer relationships to maximize financial center revenue growth and to do so while maintaining high customer service and procedural standards. FSRs deliver trusted financial advice and high levels of customer value by matching FHN products and services to customer needs and goals. Duties of the FSR include: proactively cross-selling existing customers; managing and coordinating all aspects of the customer's financial relationship with FHN, including but not limited to education on the financial planning process, credit, deposits, small business products, investment and insurance products; partnering with the customer and FHN specialists to identify the customer's specific financial goals, dreams and needs; delivering personalized product/service recommendations and working with the customer to implement financial plans either directly or by leveraging the appropriate FHN specialists or alternate delivery channels; proactively monitoring ongoing customer needs and market trends; and meeting individual sales goals and assisting with financial center team goals. FSR has the additional responsibilities of supporting the financial center manager with coaching of other teamates and some non-sales responsibilities. Function as financial center manager in that individual''s absence.
Qualifications: Job Requirements
High school diploma and some sales experience with proven, high performing sales results required.
Fundamental understanding of general financial center operations. Proficient understanding of the components of Deposit products, Credit products, Small Business products, and Alternative Delivery options. Understanding of and ability to sell the benefits of and refer Financial Planning, Investments, and Insurance products (depending on certification levels). Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team member. Strong follow-up. Ability to turn service and problems into sales. Excellent verbal (face-to-face and telephone) and written communication skills, interpersonal and relationship building skills. Excellent consultative sales and cross-selling skills. Awareness of financial market trends (e.g., general state of market, rates, consumer concerns). Ability to identify needs and make appropriate recommendations based on customer profiles. Proficiency with PC based special applications.
Demonstrated financial responsibility, character, and general fitness such as to warrant a determination that individual will operate honestly, fairly, and efficiently.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
