Responsible for assisting the Asset Management Analyst with the day to day activity in the Asset Management office. Emphasis is placed on tracking equipment and updating all tracking systems and logs, and managing the service tickets for new hire equipment assignments and deactivated equipment returns.
The position will also process daily service tickets and VAM sheets for equipment assignment and returns for all office base and field employees.
Perform the following duties as well as other duties as assigned:
Process daily VAM sheets and service tickets for equipment release and return
Enter daily activity in the appropriate tracking system and generate daily status reports
Work closely with Reclamation Specialist in reconciling daily equipment recovery against FAS and other department tracking systems
Assist in the management of Equipment Replacement Reclamation process
Assist with random audits of assigned equipment that is assigned to office based employees, field employees, office locations, etc.
Assist in the resolution of equipment location discrepancies
Must have strong communications skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
Must be computer literate and have demonstrated experience with Excel and other office tools
Individual must be well organized
Prefer Associates or BA degree in business or information technology or equivalent course work - or - HS degree and demonstrated equivalent skills with 4
years work experience required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
