Manage a variety of customers and the customer life cycle. Determine usage and launch process for customer, set processing profile, determine timeline for launch and schedule training sessions. Develop and train customer groups depending on customer needs. Respond to customer inquiries; gather information from engineering as necessary. Monitor expirations, up-sell new and existing products, manage and negotiate change orders. Communicate with customer around termination of service, as well as coordinate with finance and accounting, and settle any outstanding issues. Continuously build and influence the customer relationship through positive branding. Serve as the main point of contact for customers. Monitor customer growth and utilization of services, offering opportunities to upgrade and up-sell additional products/features as applicable. Track and resolve technical support or other customer issues. Interface across multiple functional departments to resolve customer questions, issues or requests. Work with finance on customer billing as needed; follow up on accounts in arrears as requested. Provide feedback to marketing and product management on market trends, competition, and product needs. Manage and maintain customer records and SalesForce accounts, ensuring the accuracy of Service Orders and Addendums. Support marketing and product management in trade shows, conferences, and media as requested.
Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, or related occupation plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a sales engineering-related occupation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
