Key Role:
Provide a wide variety of specialties, including system administration, infrastructure management, IT service support, and asset management for data centers, public or private networks, and other communication systems, such as satellite systems. Leverage experience with installing, operating, and maintaining an IT architecture. Ensure all servers are maintained in accordance with proper security policies and that upgrades are accomplished within a reasonable time to ensure efficient operation.
Basic
Qualifications:
-3 years of experience with providing Level 1 support to customers and end-users to process incidents and service requests regarding the program applications
-3 years of experience with providing multiple alternative communication channels, including voice messages, e-mail, and Web or Internet, and an end-to-end problem identification, escalation, resolution, and closure process
-3 years of experience with providing the management of a root cause analysis process for recurring problems
-3 years of experience with providing the reporting and monitoring to ensure performance metrics are being met
-3 years of experience with government consulting and working full-time in a government client office setting
-Experience in working with a diverse set of customers and clients with conflicting objectives
-Ability to handle diverse government personalities, tight deadlines, and daily changing priorities
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Network VILT, Security , Cybersecurity Foundations, Security Virtual Online, ITIL v3, or CISSP Certification
Additional
Qualifications:
-Ability to work independently in a problem-solving environment to plan, organize, and execute tasks with minimal direction and participate in regular direct client interactions in support of project delivery
-Possession of excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
-TS/SCI clearance preferred
-BA or BS degree in CS, Information Systems, or IT
Clearance:
