Responsibilities
Oversight of the Accounting Office Personnel
Responsible for all aspects of the General Ledger & Financial Statements
Partner with the General Manager to manage the Financial Results of the Dealership
Responsible for adherence to Dealership Policies and Internal Control Structure
Proactively Manage and Safeguard Company Assets
Actively manage Expense Structure and Vendors
Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports required by the Management Team
Work with Management Staff to review data and prepare reports and analysis as needed
Qualifications
Min 5 years experience in a controller position within dealership.
Strong Written and Communication Skills & Advanced Computer Skills (including Microsoft Office Suites)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment with the ability to lead and influence others
Analytical, Problem Solve and Multi-Tasking Skills required
Consistent with a Stable Work History and Strong References
Professional Appearance & Work Ethic
Requirements
Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
5
years of relevant Automotive Accounting experience with Reynolds Software experience preferred
Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
