_General Summary
_
In a part time schedule of 16-25 hours per week, build customer relationships, refer financial products and services, and provide courteous, friendly, enthusiastic and professional service to our customers. Use strong computer skills and solid attention to detail to run cash transactions. Adhere to policies and procedures.
_Minimum Qualifications_
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service, cash handling, and balancing experience.
Function as a team player in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills to discuss and refer our products and services to customers.
Ability to multi-task (i.e., communicate with customers while remaining in balance throughout the day)
Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs., usually coin.
Verification of credit in good standing.
Must be bondable.
_Primary Job Duties
_
Efficiently process daily work in a multi-tasking environment.
Accurately process teller transactions and maintain cash balancing standards.
Adhere to branch compliance and security procedures.
Provide superior service to prospective and existing customers.
Maintain product and service knowledge to assist our customers.
Meet individual referral goals and service standard expectations.
_Secondary Job Duties
_
Participate in the Branch Team Development career path program.
Assist co-workers when necessary to maintain the teamwork environment.
Keep current with individual referrals and team sales and service results.
Assist in any area of the branch as needed.

_Special Working Conditions
_
Saturday hours required.
Flexible part time schedule of 16-25 hours per week.
Efficiently handle large amounts of cash.
Additional training and meeting hours, and travel may be required.
Maintain a professional appearance following the established dress code.
Work at other branch locations as needed.
