Counsel
The candidate assists in the oversight and handling of legal work and contracts for the Product Management, Marketing, and Sales departments (including advisory, and contract work) and all privacy-related matters. Will assist in producing strategic and accurate legal counsel in order to facilitate the attainment of business objectives in accordance with prevailing statutory mandates, administrative agency rules and compliance requirements. Additional responsibilities include educating, advising, developing and implementing appropriate processes for the business on statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements; recommending, selecting and supervising outside counsel; assisting in the development of appropriate legal strategies and reviewing all documents prepared by outside counsel to ensure that advice is clear, concise and appropriate for company needs. Assist in managing and drafting the terms and conditions for all products and services provided by the Cable and Communications business unit; provide comments to government agencies on product management, marketing, advertising, and sales related issues to promote regulations favorable to the company; supervise, train and direct the Paralegal(s); advise and counsel clients and colleagues within the Legal Department on emerging trends, policy issues and day to day product management, marketing, advertising, Sales, privacy and subpoena compliance matters.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
