Multi-national automotive parts maker seeks a HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST for it's manufacturing facility located south of Greenville SC. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to auditing personnel files, record keeping, assisting with company policy, employee relations, and insuring that the plant is in concert with the principles set forth in the company charter. Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager
Provides Human Resource support to the plant including Assembly, Press, Logistics, T&D, Maintenance and administration
Assists with new-hire and contract employee on-boarding
Assists with terminations, lay-offs, and exit interviews
Manages pay progressions and personnel files
Requirements for the Human Resources Manager
Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
3-plus years years experience as a HR Generalist in a manufacturing facility
Demonstrated skills in employee relations, training, recruiting, retention, and office administration
