We are seeking Project Support Specialist II to support a NASA contract in Greenbelt, MD.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update electronic files, records, and data.
Coordinate travel arrangements and collect travel vouchers from organizations to be processed in accounting.
Maintain office supply inventories.
Coordinate and prepare shipping documents including packages for shipping with express mail purposes.
Coordinate and prepare facilities maintenance work orders.
Photocopy, paginate, and bind documentation in accordance with NASA FAR Supplement 1852.208-81 Restrictions on Printing and Duplicating.
Provide logistical and technical support for internal personnel moves including furniture, workspace, computer, and telephone coordination.
Support meetings and reviews including preparation of schedules, agendas and charts, and recording minutes.
Provide general business support as required under immediate supervision.
Responsible for answering the project management phones on a daily basis.
Maintain familiarity with required compliance documentation including project-specific and GSFC documentation standards.
Requirements:
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to work with all levels of professionals
Individual must meet government NAC and citizenship/permanent residency requirements for access to NASA GSFC. Extensive background investigation will be performed as a requirement of this job.

Experience:

years of experience with a Bachelors or 3 years of experience with a High School diploma/GED

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
