Duties
Make outbound calls to conduct phone surveys. Enter responses into the computer system. Someone upbeat and good energy on the phones.
Qualifications
Clear speaking voice, good reading skills, must type at least 20 words per minute. Calls will be monitored during orientation. Attire is business casual. No jeans or tennis shoes allowed.
Hours
Hours vary depending on the project:
Start times - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5pm
End time - 9:30pm
Saturdays - 9am to 5:30pm
Or /both
Sundays - 10am to 6:30pm
If you have excellent communication skills and have 6 months customer service experience.
Data Entry - Entering survey information into the system (10key and Alpha/Numeric)
Completing surveys
Typing 20-30 wpm

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
