Review and analyze food items available for import for safety, quality, and nutritional value; develop and maintain methods of preserving, processing, packaging, storing, and delivering food products using knowledge of chemistry and other sciences; review appropriate nutrition labeling; research consumer market trends & develop new food items for marketing; serve as a liaison between the company management, marketing team and outside food product manufacturing contractors for best results in product development; M-F; FT.
Requirements: BS in Food Science, Chemistry or Biology & 1 year experience in marketing req. Possible 1/mo or more domestic travel req.
