This job is in Kermit! We need you if you have great office management, A/P, A/R and some HR skills! Fast paced, busy office looking for bright energetic individual with Excel and other computer skills. We are looking for someone who can do the following:
HR - application/ new hire paperwork / termination paperwork / handle other PR related paperwork such as Direct deposit, address changes, etc.
A/P - creating PO and ensuring procedures are followed by purchasing staff, entering data into system, follow up on approval process, batching up invoices received to send to corp office.
A/R - printing and assigning invoices (work tickets) to appropriate sales rep to take out to the field, follow up to ensure all returned timely, scanning back into acctg system
Operations - working closing w/ dispatch on daily job orders, enter pricing into system, and ensuring proper approval and processes are completed on orders.
Office - assisting w/ office supplies, , keep office running w/ various misc duties.
Fast pace, high energy office, will work w/ various departments at the branch and corporate level.
Need good excel skills and some experience w/ accounting system. Will work on custom system (Navision).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
