eDiscovery Project Management Coordinator
Duties: Provide support for Project Managers who are overseeing the end-to-end process from collection, extraction, processing, hosting, review, and production. Maintain a sense of urgency on all production deliverables and internal requests. Independently work on job requests from a queue as well as by assignment to ensure that jobs progress with minimal delay. Effectively communicate job status and potential issues with supervisor and clients. Perform thorough quality checks on client data and work product at multiple stages of processing to eliminate rework and ensure 100% compliance of data and deliverable to client specification. Assist the team with documentation of technical procedures and instructions. Document and execute search requests. Assist project management liaisons with various administrative tasks.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
