The Elanco Digital Commercialize IT department, where this position is located, is responsible for delivering and supporting global digital marketing capabilities.
Responsibilities:
The Elanco IT eMarketing Support Analyst will support Elanco employees globally for marketing analytics and internal materials management. They will also evolve and grow Elanco's capabilities in this domain.
Manage support issues for existing systems (document and track requests, answer user questions, resolve or triage requests for escalation to technical support, audit activity rosters for appropriateness).
Data migration and testing activities.
Training new users.
Subject Matter Expert for data analytics tools and portfolio management
Responsible for data analytics tools for use in analyzing internal and external data and databases.
Provide reporting on data analytics on a regular and ad hoc basis.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in digital media, information technology or related field.
3 years experience with analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting digital-related data from standard software packages and customer databases.( i.e. Microsoft Excel or equivalent)

Demonstrated ability in technical troubleshooting, technical request management, and systems/software development and implementation.
Knowledge of digital applications and related technologies (e.g., database design, web content management, portfolio management, etc.).
Knowledge of common analytics platforms (e.g., Web Trends, Google Analytics).
Skilled user of Excel.
Solid understanding of the fundamentals of digital and social marketing.
Ability to interact directly with business partners to gather technical requirements.
Ability to contribute to increasing level of innovation in data and analytics.
Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, and being an effective team member or business partner.
Strong understanding of Quality Standards and Practices or equivalent procedures.
Experience working with teams across organizational and geographic boundaries and multiple levels in the organization.
Strong teamwork, self-management, problem-solving abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Persistent attention to detail and a high sense of ownership and commitment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Additional Preferences:
Multi Lingual
Knowledge of Animal Health industry.
Familiarity with multiple design, construction, version control, and testing tools.
Experience with configuring end-user tools such as SharePoint sites, SharePoint workflow, and InfoPath forms.
Previous experience working in a Marketing Organization.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
