Innovator in healthcare is seeking an experienced Manager FP&A.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Finance or Accounting, or related field; Master degree in Health Care Administration or MBA a plus
Knowledge of budget and forecasting preparation, general ledger knowledge and financial reporting required
5 years of experience performing budgets, forecasts and financial analysis for multi-entity multi-site cost center in a healthcare environment
Experience with general ledger conversions, FRx reporting tool and budgeting and forecasting tools required; knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access required
Must be able to respond to the facility 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to handle emergencies when needed
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage budget and forecast preparation, including membership, health care costs, SG&A, staffing and capital expenditures
Perform analysis of expenditures compared to budget
Prepare financial reports; review general ledger journal entries
Manage profit and loss statementsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
