The primary objective of this position is to support the hatchery manager with laboratory and research functions of the marine aquaculture program at the VSAREC. The position is accountable for daily marine finfish research, hatchery, nursery, and production operations, as well as training of outside individuals and interns. The position is further responsible for participation in the design, modification, and implementation of research/training projects, and communicating and coordinating on a regular basis with PI's and Co-PI's.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
