The Scheduling Coordinator manages all scheduling for caregivers to ensure client coverage and satisfaction, to retain all employees and ensure job satisfaction, and to eliminate unnecessary overtime.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of scheduling and staffing, and excellent computer and internet skills. Previous experience preferred. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
