Essential Functions:
Troubleshoot to component level and repair any/all products within the Technical Services Department. Troubleshoot, inspect, test and repair product following the service manual, owner's manual and manufacturing process sheets as required.
Prepare repair estimates and statements including additional actions or steps that need to be taken to ensure successful costing and output functionality of the repaired product.
Prior to performing repairs, inspect test equipment and tools used to ensure proper calibration labeling.
Evaluate returned equipment and parts; approve or deny credit; contact customer with decision.
Provide product feedback to Quality, Engineering, Marketing, and Production departments.
Fill and track parts orders; maintain inventory levels within the repair department.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred, or HS diploma with technical training.
Must possess knowledge of electronic and mechanical theories.
Hours M-F 7a-4p or 8a-5p
Pay $9.00/hour
