THIS IS A CONTRACT TO HIRE POSITION
The qualified candidate will be responsible for leading an existing PHP custom software project for an existing customer. This candidate will be responsible for leading development teams in order to service our client's customer. This candidate will be the technology expert as it relates to customer engagements. This position will work directly with Account Managers, Business Developers, Project Managers, Developers, and Customers.
MUST HAVE:
Wide breadth of knowledge as it relates to development technologies (see the Nice to haves section for the types of technologies this client uses)
People/Project Leadership experience
o Experience Leading a Development Team
o Project Leadership Experience
o Customer Technology Expertise & Leadership Experience
o Experience managing the complete development production life cycle including
? Scope
? Hours
? Budgets
? Change Orders
? Vision
o Experience doing estimation development
Great communication and interpersonal skills (this is very important to our client!)
NICE TO HAVE:
LAMP Stack: (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Web/Application: .Net (ASP/C#/VB)
Front End: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Webservices
Database: SQL Server

PerlEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
