Currently seeking full-time Maintenance person 1-2 years experienced preferred. Job duties include light painting, maintenance repairs, landscaping and light pool work. Duties will also include but not limited to arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components, controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment, monitoring and controlling maintenance costs, dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs and writing maintenance strategies to help with installation of different equipment onsite.
