Product Support / Customer Service Rep

Local medical device company is in need of 2 product support specialists. These individuals will be taking inbound calls and assisting customers for a long term project. Candidates that have a minimum of 2-3 years recent administrative or phone based customer service experience to be considered for the opportunity.
