Description
Summary of the main day-to-day activities of the position: o Creating, maintaining and tracking progress in a project plan. o Facilitate project meetings, and produce agendas and minutes. o Ensure the project deliverables are loaded into the project tracking system (PTS) according to timelines defined by Citi's project management process. o Ensure key application artifacts are loaded in the Citi System Inventory (CSI). o Manage project risk registers and issue logs. o Coordinate the delivery of technical deliverables such as technical design documents, Development Test Plans, etc. with SMEs from various departments within Citi. o Work closely with Client Manager's on deliverables required from their organization (e.g. Business Requirements Document) and to obtain necessary approvals on all deliverables. o Work with Citi Architecture team to conduct Technology Peer Reviews and to validate proposed solution designs. o Coordinate testing activities with Citi UAT. o Provide regular status updates to multiple levels of management. o Complete Information Security reviews and questionnaires and review with Technology and Business Information Security Officers. Goals and objectives: o Complete projects in accordance with schedule and budget constraints. o Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders. o Ensure timely delivery of status reports and escalate key concerns appropriately. o Maintain project and application repositories as requested. Key relationships (internal/external customers, vendors, etc.): o Develop effective working relationships with technology vendors and other external stakeholders. Level of the job relative to other jobs within the organization (entry level, individual contributor, manager, or manager with direct report, etc.): o Senior contributor, providing direction to a team of people but not responsible as their functional manager.
Qualifications
Technical/business knowledge, experience, and skills (certifications, programming languages, etc.): o Financial Industry experience or Banking knowledge NOT required. o ITIL and PMP a plus, but not required. o Working knowledge of Java and J2EE application architecture a plus. o Knowledge of standard SDLC lifecycle development is required. o Candidate must have come up through the ranks within a Technology organization. Ideally have a development background, but does not need code for this job. Non-technical knowledge, experience, and skills (leadership, management, oral and/or written communication, etc.): o Requires at least 3-7 years experience managing projects. o Oral and written communication skills are critical as this individual will host meetings that include various levels of management and provide written status reports to that same audience. Educational requirements: o Bachelor's degree required. o Advanced degree in a technical area such as Information Systems, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering a plus. Language requirements (including proficiency levels for speaking, reading, and writing)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
