Job Description:
Provide review and ensure the appropriate application of Energy Efficiency Program implementation rules. This assignment will focus on the Small Business sector (200 kilo-watts of peak demand and below). Tasks involved with this assignment are; 1) review of energy efficiency project proposals including; adherence to program rules, following pricing guidelines, appropriate application of energy efficiency recommendations, confirmation of electric and gas equipment specifics such as rated output capacities, input power rating and efficiency parameters. 2) Spreadsheet analysis of HVAC energy efficiency recommendations to conform proposed energy savings and assessment of appropriate pricing levels. 3) Assessment of appropriate energy efficiency recommendation incentive (monetary) levels. 4) Interface with project tracking software and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets via computer interface. 5) Quality Control / Quality Assurance reviews including but not limited to assessment of cost effectiveness and percent savings. 6) Interface with energy efficiency contractors, providing feedback regarding anomalies found while reviewing energy efficiency recommendations and feedback on issues found by in-house project inspectors.
Skills utilized in this assignment include Energy Engineering analysis, computer interface skills, interpersonal communication skills and project management.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of year experience with Energy Efficiency, Project Management & development; basic Energy Efficiency recommendation Quality Assurance / Quality Control & vetting.
EDUCATION
Bachelorette Degree or higher required (Engineering preferred). Additional analytical and spreadsheet usage training desirable. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
