Fast growing window, door and sunroom installation and construction company seeks experienced Construction General Manager who will be responsible for:
Detailed interpretation of sold sales contracts and converting them into timely and successful high quality finished projects.
Establishing scope of work for each project.
Developing a project budget, plan and schedule.
Identifying needed tools and materials.
Ordering and coordinating delivery of materials.
Field supervision of multiple installation crews.
Successful completion of projects on time and at or under budget.
The successful candidate will be self motivated and highly organized with attention to details and have excellent communications skills.
5 or more years working experience in the construction field.
Previous hands on experience window, door or sun room installation or similar work a plus.
Excellent computer skills are essential and must include Microsoft Project (or equivalent), Word, Excel and Power Point.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
