Army National Guard (ARNG) Field Maintenance Shop (FMS) Military technicians employed at an ARNG Field Maintenance Shop (FMS) are assigned to compatible positions in supported units or commands. This position is located in the Joint Forces Headquarters-State, Logistics Directorate (J-4), and Surface Maintenance Facility.
