Summary:
Team Leads will serve as a site lead and report to the Project Manager for the Command Maintenance Evaluation and Training (COMET) support project, based out of Ft. Bragg, NC. The Team Lead will understand the COMET program and be responsible for all SOW objectives to provide FORSCOM Logistics training, evaluation and assistance. Team Lead(s) will be experienced in Logistics Staff Support and familiar with the following logistics disciplines: Field and Sustainment supply activities for CL I, II, III, IV, V, VII, VIII, and IX commodities; property management, control, and security; unit movement; maintenance management practices and procedures; equipment records management (TAMMS); Logistics Information Systems (LIS); logistics readiness reporting; maintenance of wheeled and tracked vehicles; engineer; armament; small arms; communications equipment; night vision devices; nuclear, biological and chemical systems; Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) and drivers training.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
? Oversees the analysis of command logistics programs to include shortcomings, development of corrective recommendations and presentation of findings to the senior leadership for decision.
? Prepare management plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout TO execution.
? Provide a monthly status report monitoring the quality assurance, configuration management, security management. Ensure all contract deliverable are met on time.
? Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
? Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations and increase efficiency
? Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
? Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes
? Organizes and plans support of contract activities; ensures delivery of quality services.
? Reviews performance data to measure goal achievement and facilitate service improvement
? Ensure contract/company policy compliance; confers with organization officials and supported units; works with COR and Contracting Officer in order to meet goals.
? Responsible for Safety, OSHA and environmental compliance
? Responsible for staffing requirements and oversees hiring process and personnel actions.
? Analyzes mission and work requirements and communicates guidance and work priorities to subordinate managers and supervisors.
Preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
? Comprehensive knowledge the Army's Command Supply Discipline program and related processes and procedures.
? The job requires senior level leadership and staff experience providing logistics training and evaluation support services.
? Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Windows graphical user interface) and Data/web based systems required for task area performing work.
? Must be able to work under stressful conditions and be physically able to demonstrate the training/support tasks to standard.
? Must have the appropriate qualifications, certification, and/or license under the requirements for the task area being performed under this contract prior to commencement of work.
? Must able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
? Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
? Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
? Ability to monitor/Assess performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
? Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Additional Position Information:
Position requires five (5) years experience in a similar position of similar scope. Must have experience in the sustainment and maintenance of all Army supplies and equipment.
BA/BS in Military Science, Social Science, Political Science, Computer Science, Leadership or a related field is required. Desired qualifications include graduate of Military Advance Course; former Officer or NCO; and ten (10) years experience in military leadership positions.
An equivalent combination of education and experience as identified above.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
