This position will support our valued client, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Under the supervision of a Triumph CSTL (Client Solutions Team Lead), the SW Programmer/Web Developer will: _ _
Develop Incident Tracking Database and the coding to support its interface with other SW articles
Develop front and rear facing web pages
Conduct stakeholder analysis, determine client's goals and objectives and identify appropriate strategies to support the client's mission/vision
Oversee, develop, monitor or execute administrative actions consistent with the client's resources
Conduct research/analysis needed to meet data requests, fulfill Congressional directives, and support the client's planning and policy initiatives
Prepare comprehensive reports and conduct briefings to communicate the results of research/analysis and the status of project plans
Interpret established guidelines and recommend process improvements that will result in increased organizational efficiency related to program support
Coordinate and oversee special projects as needed
Bachelors Degree or 5 years experience in SW development
Past performance in Web Page development
XML experience and expertise
Understanding of 508 Compliance
Experience in developing SW and web pages using Agile development practices
VM Ware experience
Previous experience in research or the collection of data driven information
Proven ability to use critical thinking skills in the creation of qualitative and/or quantitative analysis and measurements
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent writing skills
An approach to work that includes initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy and discretion
Ability to work independently on a variety of assignments with minimal supervision
Very strong organizational and business process skills
Ability to work with senior managers, supervisors and constituents
Ability to maintain poise and professionalism under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Education and
Experience:
Masters Degree or Masters Certification in Computer Sciences
Proven capacity for developing web pages and SW
Proven experience in development of complex databases
Experience with a government contractor
Secret clearance or ability to obtain a clearance
Knowledge or experience in the annual planning process to develop strategic and other long-range program plans for the DoD or federal agencies

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
