# Job Description
Provide relevant, accurate and timely reporting for the operational needs of management. Accountable for the integrity, timeliness and quality reporting for dispute metrics. Responsible for reporting as it relates to contractual SLA's performance. Provides a critical communication interface within Operations and for First Data clients. Coordinates development, implementation and evaluation of enhancements necessary to grow the position. This position identifies, researches, analyzes and writes generic business requirements related to reporting metrics.
# Job Specific Responsibilities
Responsible for tracking and measuring the performance and timeliness of production. Also tracks the monthly Six Sigma targets showing the company's goals. This is a direct representation of the company's image and relations with it's customers as reports are distributed both internally and externally.
# Candidate Requirements
Minimum High school diploma required. 4 year degree or equivalent experience preferred. Dispute processing knowledge preferred. 1-2 years system reporting experience required. 1-2 years analysis experience. Experience with PC's; strong verbal, written and organizational skills; strong customer orientation. Previous technical experience creating variables/arrays preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
