Job Description:
The Senior Buyer supports the day-to-day needs of the property enterprise. The Senior Buyer collaborates with the Sourcing team regarding product or services evaluation, selection and implementation. The Senior Buyer ensures the proper utilization of the Company procurement systems in accordance with Company Policies. The Senior Buyer is an important liaison between and resource to the operations, procurement and supply chain teams. Some duties include, but are not limited to:
Creates and maintains bid profiles and periodic bid submissions
Accuracy of item specifications ordered and received
Works with Sourcing and/or Procurement teams on program implementation and compliance.
Have the ability to resolve conflicts that arise in the day-to-day operations with vendors or property stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of procurement category experience.
Proficiency in Stratton Warren, Excel and Word.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A Bachelor's degree in business related curriculum or a professional designation in procurement and supply chain is a plus.
Must be able to periodically travel.
Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
