Hours: 40 hours per week, M-F 8-4:30, weekend and holiday rotation
Job Details:
Provides hands on personal care and maintains a hygienic, uncluttered environment which enables Home Health and Hospice clients to live safely in their to the overall integration and success of the Program and the Network by being a team player, accepting and offering guidance as appropriate, participating in Network activities and trainings as requested, and by promoting organizational integration based on the mission, vision, and values.
150 hours in Department of Education & Cultural Services approved program. Currently listed Active and in good standing on the State C.N.A. Registry.One year experience in hospital or nursing home preferred. Displays tact and good judgment in dealing with patients and families.
