## Job Description
Daily:
Inspect all forklifts at beginning of shift and complete necessary check lists, maintain file for future reference or inspection
Stage and remove materials for kitting operators at beginning of shift and throughout shift as needed
Load/Unload trucks as required
Stage all raw materials, apply HMIS labels and information as required
Run labels for raw materials as required
Run labels for kitting operation as necessary
Stage goods in mix room as required
Transport empty totes and pallets to finishing
Inspect plastic and wooden pallets. Dispose of /repair pallets as necessary
Transport finished materials from quality assurance area and stage for packing area
Transport materials to/from flammables building Maintain storage building in orderly manner and transport materials as needed
Stage Hamatite for plate prep area
Stage incoming totes of backing plates in racks for plate prep area
Maintain flammables building in clean and orderly system as to use first in/first out method for materials stored
Breakdown waste corrugated materials, bale and stage for recycling
Operate baler as required
Assist kitting operators as needed to meet rush shipment deadlines
Prepare shipments for Toyota and ADMOS daily
Weekly:
Perform weekly inspection of all hazardous waste satellite storage areas and hazardous waste storage in flammables building. Complete inspection forms and submit completed forms to Plant Manager
Label and stage empty drums for hazardous waste accumulation as needed
Properly label full drums of hazardous waste removed to hazardous waste storage in flammables building
Track dates on hazardous waste to assure timely shipping of waste to disposal facility
Assist with inventory of materials/finished product as required.
Requirements:
Ability to operate all forklifts and tuggers in a safe and responsible manner.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs numerous times during shift
Work over time as scheduled
Strict adherence to 5S concept
Knowledge of DOT regulations and how to complete Bills of Lading
