Proven track records of customer service
Ability to develop team members and deliver guest services every day
Ability to manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge while promoting culture and values
3 - 5
years experience in Restaurant Management
Working knowledge of restaurants operations, full financials and control systems
Strong organizational skills
Passion for operations
