Job Description:
Supervises the operation of assigned restaurant and lounge
Coordinates the set-up of restaurant and lounge area
Oversees the food and beverage service provided and coaches employees on effective service
Provides employees with the information they need to perform their job
Prioritizes and assigns work
Communicates and demonstrates excellent service to other employees
Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guests problems
Performs other duties as requird to provide genuine hospitality
Reports to the F&B; Manager
## Job Requirements:
Must be 21 or older
Must have experience as a supervisor
Must be able/open to work weekends, holidays, morning's and evening's
Must be hardworking, professional, personable and reliable
Must be able to think logically to make decisions
Deal with all kinds of people ranging from guests, the general public and employees
Base Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 /Hour
Other Pay: Health/Dental Benefits, 401K, Employee room rate discounts

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
