Contract to Hire Opportunity for a Business Analyst with an Insurance Company (Retirements Division).

Responsibilities:
This candidate will be responsible for the following:
Coordination of IIS cross-functional Business Process Management & Automation
Document and Content Management;
work with IT delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodology;
Supports the development and maintenance of the operational support infrastructure for Business Support. - This position will report to the Business Support Leader, IIS Operations and supports all IIS products.
Matrix management relationships will exist with the product line of business leaders and staff within and outside of IIS.
Qualifications:
Experience in the following is desired by the manager:
IT Process
Problem Management Analyst
Software Tester/QA
Business Analyst
Process Manager
Project Coordinator
This position is going to be mainly based out of Woodbridge, but the manager is open to having someone sit in CT and travel to Woodbridge as needed. The manager also mentioned that they need a BA that has a six sigma green belt who also has experience with process excellence and continuous improvement. Please also note that at this point there are already a few candidates that match this description and will be interviewed.
