Summary:
Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the gathering, transmission and storage pipeline system. Ensures the pipeline system is operated in compliance with all company policies and procedures and applicable local, state and federal rules and regulations. Coordinates maintenance and operations with the foreman for the pipeline system within the company. Ensures the pipeline is set up, operated and maintained in order to maximize return on invested capital.
Primary Duties:
Proactively schedules and performs routine pipeline maintenance and operations. Activities include valve maintenance, filter changes, pigging, liquid handling, gauging condensate tanks, and glycol dehydrator operations and maintenance.
Performs troubleshooting and analysis of operational issues. Activities include troubleshooting operational issues with dehydration units, regulators, relief valves, dump valves, actuators, level controllers, pressure controllers and other pipeline-related equipment.
Routinely interfaces with 3rd party contractors to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities. Activities include working with Gas Control to schedule outages for completion of maintenance activities.
Understands EHS / O&M procedures and recognizes when company procedures need to be followed for specific maintenance and operational activities. Such activities include implementation of LO/TO procures and Safe Work Permits.
Supports construction activities such as well connects, pipeline repairs, compressor station modifications or installations, tank battery installations and line locating in support of Okie One Call.
Conducts routine monitoring and inspection of pipeline assets. Activities include performing facility inspections and documenting operating conditions (i.e., pressures, temperatures, volumes) to insure a high level of reliability. Reviews data collected in an effort to identify potential operational issues related to pipeline assets.
Working Conditions:
Subject to operating personal computer for extended periods
Requires occasional travel primarily via automobile ( some overnight) to remote locations throughout the system to monitor operations equipment and activities
Must be able to move about on foot and follow safety and emergency response procedures.
Requires lifting of equipment and supplies weighing over fifty (50) pounds.
On a routine basis, may climb ladders, walkways and scaffolds.
Requires ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions and near equipment with high noise levels.
Must possess Operator Qualification (OQ) for all pipeline-related covered tasks within a specified time determined by organization upon job entry.
Minimum Requirements:
Associates degree in a technical discipline OR High School diploma and 3 years directly related experience
Valid State Driver's License.
Preferred Skills:
Preference may be given to current Enable Midstream, CenterPoint Energy and OG&E members
Previous experience as a pipeline operator is preferred
Basic knowledge in the overall operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of pipeline-related equipment.
Knowledge of cathodic protection/corrosion control activities.
Able to troubleshoot pipeline operational issues and establish priorities with minimal supervision.
Able to perform scheduled and un- scheduled pipeline-related tasks with minimal supervision.
Possesses analytical, communication, and general mechanical skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
