This position is a comfortable fit for a person with wide-ranging MF experience who has worked as a contracted consultant in the past on a client site. S/he will be required to guide specific tasks, with a major NYC health insurer, from gathering and understanding business requirements, through creating necessary source system programs, system testing and then implementation.
