Position: Premium Finance Account Manager
Position Requirements and Duties: -WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
QUOTING, UNDERWRITING, MARKETING AND SERVICING PREMIUM FINANCE LOANS TO COMMERCIAL CLIENTS THROUGH OUR INTERNAL INSURANCE AGENTS. THEY WILL PROVIDE ONGOING RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS.
SERVICE CURRENT ACCOUNTS INCLUDING PROCESSING CUSTOMER PAYMENTS, HANDLING PAST DUE ACCOUNTS AND CANCELLATIONS
-RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING THE GROWTH OF THE BUSINESS AND INCREASING RETENTION AND PROFIT
WE HAVE A REPUTATION FOR PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS PERSON WILL HELP IN CONTINUING THAT REPUTATION
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Customer Service experience
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Possess a sense of urgency and high energy level
Proficient in Excel & Word
Experience in Premium Finance and insurance would be very helpful Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
