Maintenance Caretaker needed 40 hours per week for 66 unit apartment community for ages 55 and older. Monday through Friday 8 to 5. Located off George Lyles Blvd behind the Food Lion. Vacation and paid absent time. Must have experience in HVAC painting electrical plumbing cleaning and unit turnovers.
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and tools required. Criminal check and drug test. Emergency calls on nights and weekends. Great position for retired person.
