Perform a variety of PM support duties to include assistance in status reporting, data gathering, data
entry, report preparation, support for briefings, funding profiles, task lists, installation or customer
meeting logistics, and other administrative support as required. Assist in assembling and preparing
technical review packages(Service Order Packages), and assist in assembling packages prepared by
project managers for contract actions. Review and comment on all task orders submittals including
Technical Data Packages, Engineering Change Proposals and Request for Information. Perform
actions in P2 and RMS in support of Project Managers. Assist with checking billing and estimates for
mathematical correctness, input Government approved proper invoices for payment by Government
representative. Report any issues identified immediately the contracting officer.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of 36 CRF 1194 Standards
Leadership/ Management experience
Use of Pivot Tables
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, 10 years experience
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

Must be U.S. Citizens. Applicant selected will be subject to government security investigation and must
