Quality Engineer-Customer Liaison
A prestigious, Jackson, MI based manufacturer has openings in the Quality (QA) department for Quality Engineers. This is a Direct Hire, permanent position with a growing Tier 1 Auto Supplier. This company offers an excellent salary, signing bonus and a wonderful benefits package.

Have a strong work ethic and professional communication skills.
Requires:
Four year degree (preferably mechanical, industrial or quality engineering)
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Must be flexible, open to change & possess excellent written & verbal communication skills,
Able to multi task, have good organizational skills
The ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Some travel required.
Customer liaison for vehicle assembly plants
Responsibilities:
Will work directly with automotive customers handling and coordinating
APQP/PPAP activities, including initial samples
Capability studies,
Run at rate
PV testing
PSW & launch activities
Handling zero mile customer claims including
Root cause analysis
Corrective action implementation
Technical reporting to the customers Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
