Description
Cintas is currently looking for a Sales Trainee to participate in an extensive, well-structured sales development program designed to provide strong knowledge in all aspects of our Rental business. The purpose of the program is to prepare the Sales Trainee for a successful career in Sales. The training program combines a series of assignments in various departments; such as General Office Operations, Service Operations, and Production Operations. The Sales Trainee will also be responsible for prospecting, setting appointments, preparing presentations and sales reports, and working with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Driving a company or personal vehicle is required. Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Trainees have the opportunity to pursue a sales/marketing career with Cintas which could include Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Director and other sales/marketing leadership positions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
A valid driver's license
Prior sales co-op or intern work experience preferred
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Contact Management System preferred
