Tec-Masters, Inc is seeking Instructional Designers for a contract to support the Army Management Staff College.
Hiring is contingent upon a contract award
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design (or related field)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in instructional design and development of online and resident course materials using development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, etc preferably in career focused, higher education
Experience working with various authoring tools and graphic design, Articulate Storyline experience highly desirable.
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Knowledge of instructional design methodologies
Proficient with authoring tools (Captivate, Articulate, Storyline, etc.) HTML/XML, mobile technologies, and emerging web 2.0 technologies
Experience as a teacher, trainer and/or professional development instructoron leadership/management theories, applications, and best practices in an adult learning environment
Familiarity with use and application of self-assessment tools such as MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), SDI (Strength Deployment Indicator), 360-degree assessments
Understanding of the following leadership skills and methods including the Army's: Leadership doctrine, leadership concepts for the Army's diverse workplace, team building, implementing change and innovation, understanding leadership styles, leadership concepts, leadership models, and leadership theories
Desired both direct and indirect leadership experience to include leading at the strategic level
