The ideal Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) will:
Remove access barriers to patient care for service members returning from deployment
Identify emerging health conditions related to deployment.
To identify and address health concerns, with specific emphasis on mental health, that has emerged over time since deployment.
Shall support deployment related healthcare services, such as but not inclusive of the Periodic Health Assessment, Pre or Post Deployment Health Assessments, Deployment Health Screenings, to all service members either individually or in groups.
Assess the results of the testing, treat and refer patients for further treatment as appropriate.
The Ideal Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) will possess
:
Possess a baccalaureate degree in Nursing; or a diploma in Nursing; or an associate in Nursing from an accredited university.
Possess and maintain a current, unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in any one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Possess and maintain one of the following Certifications: Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN), Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN), Advanced Certification in Continuity of Care (ACCC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Nurse Case Manager (RN-NCM), and Care Manager Certified (CMC)
OR Possess a minimum of 12 months of case management experience and show evidence of active pursuit of certification OR Possess a Masters degree in Nurse Case Management and obtain any of the certifications above within 24 months of contract start.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
