Position Description:
End-to-end responsibility for the success of critical regional and global IT projects that will evolve and transform business processes and capabilities.
This empowered role includes management of the IT project lifecycle from definition to deployment, made possible through engagement with senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, infrastructure, operations and development teams.
Leader that naturally accepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Achieves traditional operational objectives through effective team management and a can-do approach.

Responsibilities:
Utilizing the appropriate project management methodology, manage multiple projects including initiation, requirement gathering, definition, planning, execution and closure.
Apply standard project management techniques as established by the Project Management Institute to tasks and activities in order to meet documented business requirements.
Utilize SDLC, Agile and SCRUM approaches as appropriate to the project at hand.
Effectively manage scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk while meeting all primary project objectives.
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan.
Prepare and present regular reports to primary stakeholders.
Manage a diverse team of experienced professionals located both on- and off-site.
Contribute to organizational knowledge by updating process assets library.
Additional responsibilities as defined.
Skills/
Qualifications:
At least 5-7 years experience managing complex IT infrastructure and/or application development projects.
Experience with PMBOK, SDLC, Agile and SCRUM methodologies and approaches highly desired.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Ability to qualify for a Federal security clearance is required.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degree is required preferably in a technical field of study
PMP Certification or progress toward certification is required
