POSITION
Summary: Assist with scheduling Preventive Maintenance and Load Test business and all related paperwork and tasks. More specifically - Provide PM Supervisor with support. Maintain PMMENU customer data base. Prepare paper and order parts for scheduled jobs. Resolve customer issues and concerns. Update Site Surveys. Prepare prepaid maintenance work orders for invoicing.

Must have sufficient mechanic knowledge to understand customer equipment opportunities and to express these opportunities to the appropriate area within Patten.

Candidate must have a sufficient amount of knowledge to effectively utilize Internet, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing programs and database management.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
Adds and maintains unit information in company Preventive Maintenance program to ensure accurate customer service intervals and service level requirements.
Prints upcoming work schedule and prepares all paperwork with detailed instructions for technicians. Notes customer's special requests.
Assists PM Supervisor to coordinate customer's preventative maintenance.
Opens work orders in DBSI PM Schedule.
Orders all parts for PM services. Works with service helpers to ensure all incoming parts are accurate.
Serves as back up for opening Field Service calls.
Navigates and maintains CRM system (Sales Link) as needed.
Establishes and maintains master customer files.
Obtains credit applications from new and existing cash customers. Tracks progress of credit applications through Credit Department.
Works with PSSR's in obtaining new customer information and communications.
Develops a strong working relationship and professional reputation with managers/supervisors so that an effective working relationship is established with each employee.
SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities: None; position does not require any supervision of staff.

SKILLS/ABILITIES: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, DSI, and Caterpillar DBSi. Candidate must have basic diesel engine knowledge, excellent communication skills and ability to perform multiple tasks.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
