Position Description:
Cinder Solutions is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team of exceptional recruiters.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical and non-technical positions, including software engineers, system administrators, computer programmers, and administrative assistants.
You will be working with a dedicated team of recruiters to help our client's achieve their staffing goals by finding qualified candidates to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and/or permanent positions.
Daily duties will consist of performing full cycle recruiting efforts that include, but not limited to, posting job openings, sourcing, screening, qualifying applicants, networking, cold calling, scheduling interviews, conduct reference checks, job offers/negotiations, etc. Primarily recruiting for IT related positions.
Job Duties
Work with hiring managers to understand overall needs and requirements and to develop job postings that are attractive to candidates and accurately describe the responsibilities and required qualifications of each position
Review resumes and employment applications and evaluate work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs and other qualifications of candidates against position requirements.
Pre-screen and interview applicants, develop short list of applicants, and gain approvals for offers to both internal and external applicants
Enter, update, and maintain information in applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
Assess and prioritize recruiting needs in order to bring the most business to the table.
Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region(s) or with specified clients
Participate in project and functional team staffing meetings to develop strategic plans to staff positions while soliciting from and giving feedback to team members.
Necessary Skills (Must Have):
2 - 5 years of professional full cycle recruiting for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placements with short-term deadlines
Must be internet savvy and have experience sourcing candidates from online databases (Dice, Careerbuilder etc.), open web searches, and recruitment events
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. In addition, teamwork skills are a must along with the ability to grasp new technologies.
Ability to establish a strong rapport with candidates, team members, hiring managers, and clients.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Strong computer skills including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience working with Bullhorn, Beeline, Fieldglass ATS
Strong technical knowledge and technical/IT recruiting experience
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment while meeting short term and long term deadlines

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
