Restorative Nurse
We are seeking a certified Restorative Rehab Nurse for our four star Nursing & Rehab Facility. The LPN or RN must be a certified restorative nurse with experience in all aspects of restorative nursing in skilled nursing facility. Must have understanding of both RUG 48 and MDS input and experience working with therapy. They will manage the restorative aides (two or three). Collaborates in the development of an effective and efficient care. They will have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
MINIMUM WORK
Experience:
2 - 3 years as a Restorative Nurse
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
oExcellent communication skills-verbal and written
oLong Term Care experience required
oCollaborates with therapy
oHave an outstanding desire to provide great patient care oMust have a proven track record of working closely with Physicians and the DON
Great pay and excellent Benefits!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
