Job Description:
Responsible for the project management of activities related to the new hire on-boarding process, the initial training process, the advanced training process, and termination process.
Oversight responsibility and day-to-day management of corporate vehicle program for field personnel.
Assisting product trainers with the content development and management of all training materials.
Administrator role for online assessment system, learning management system, just in time learning, and SharePoint site.
Manage the webinar process for the Field Force.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2
years of project management; Minimum of 2
years training experience or customer service.
Being a self-starter and able to self-direct.
Demonstrated ability to work with organizational decision makers.
Ability to work from an initial project brief, through to delivery and measurement of training interventions.
Demonstrates good communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), facilitation and chairmanship skills. Excellent presentation skills.
Able to initiate and build motivational working relationships.
Competent computer skills, with some knowledge of e-learning and web-based learning systems.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic relationships and concepts with key influencers.
Demonstrated ability to understand and educate internal and external customers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
