Summary:
The successful candidate will be involved in generating antibody expressing cell lines using Regeneron's proprietary state of the art technologies.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for transfections, cell maintenance and protein productivity assays. Additionally, the person will be preparing cells for FACS and manipulating multiple cell cultures using liquid handling platform.
Experience and Required Skills:
Requirements:
We are looking for Masters with 0- 2 years of experience or Bachelor with 3
years of experience
The successful candidate should be proficient in mammalian cell culture techniques such as aseptic cell culture handling and transfections.
Experience in using flow cytometry is highly desirable.
Experience in operating liquid handlers is desirable but not required.
