Summary: Wire, build and test electrical panels and machines per Electrical Schematic. Concept and Design simple additions and modifications to existing electrical systems. Debug and or help debug machinery. Build and plumb machines pneumatically.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for MD Electrician: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Travel consisting of ten to fifteen percent.
Updating existing machines to run new products.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
Wire and build electrical panels.
Electrical wiring of the equipment and utilities.
Capable of reading and properly using an electrical multi-meter.
Work closely with Controls Engineer to complete jobs on time.
Installation of new manufacturing lines and or equipment.
Keep stock of items needed to run the panel build area.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or ability required. We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter and a team player.
Education and/or Experience
1-2 years related Assembly Equipment experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be capable of properly using hand and power tools.
Must be able to put safety of ones self and those around above everything else.
Our #1 responsibility is SAFETY.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
